I really enjoyed it and seascapes is not my favourite subject. I learned how to find my style in a subject area that doesn't always grab my interest and to find things that I do love to photograph, as well as new techniques to help to capture them. I liked the take on using other art forms as inspiration such as Rothko. Love these workshops and would definitely recommend to others

It was very rainy and wet underfoot in a scene lacking much contrast so difficult to talk, be heard and instruct. Eva coped well in the circumstances. We couldn?t use our proper cameras due to the rain so it lacked full instructive experience. We learnt some about composition but it was difficult in the weather to structure the work. It would be nice to do the class again where we can focus on our own cameras and have our work assessed properly in an acceptable environment. It really needs to be done again.

This was taken on a bitterly cold late afternoon in November 2024. I had just bought a new camera and was trying it out in various situations. I had taken a few shots of the pier and the sunset behind when this person came in to view with a metal detector. I waited for the right moment and was thrilled by the final result. I am currently building a portfolio of Eastbourne photos, having recently moved into the town and hope to eventually be able to sell some
